We offer support to people who live in Leeds, Bradford and Craven, Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale.
Our team is made up of psychological therapists, clinical and counselling psychologists and midwives. We offer individual and group support using a virtual platform with options for face to face. We will provide an assessment for your mental health and find out more about your previous life experiences, presenting difficulties, areas which can worsen your mental health, areas of your life which are supportive of good mental health and any risks.
We will find out from you what you feel would be helpful in your access with our service. We will consider your goals and how that fits with what we can offer within our service. We will discuss any additional needs including physical or sensory, cultural or anything that could help you feel comfortable to access our service. This may include LGBTQ+ appropriate language and pronouns. We offer virtual appointments or, if needed, at home, clinics, community and family centres. The appointment will last approximately 60 minutes.
